Custom Product Orders
All products on our store are custom-programmed and personalized specifically for you. Once an order is processed, the data is permanently encoded onto the device.
Customer Responsibility
- Verify Information: Customers must double-check all URLs, handles, names, and phone numbers.
- No Edits After Submission: We cannot alter programming once the order is placed.
- Final Sale: All custom products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Platform Changes: We are not responsible for links that become inactive due to third-party platform updates (e.g., changes to social media URL structures) after the card is programmed.
Exceptions
We only offer replacements or refunds if the physical card arrives defective or damaged during shipping. If your card arrives damaged, please email us at info@confident-connecting.com within 7 days with a photo of the defect.
